EIGHT (8) HARD COPIES OF UPDATED ABSTRACTS should be submitted on or before Thursday until 4PM ONLY! Please place them inside a short brown envelope with your project code (e.g Tr-01 or Mu-01) written at the back (UPPER right hand corner).
No more extension of deadlines as mandated (harsh!)
For projects that are not yet done, state the status of your project/write a prospective abstract.
SAMPLE ABSTRACT with the FORMAT is posted at the STR unit (tack board).
Page MArgins: Top: 1.5"; Left,Right, Bottom: 1"
Font specs: Times New Roman, 12pt, 1.5 spacing
Abstract: use 0.5" indentation per paragraph. justified.
Heading: "ABSTRACT' - should be TNR, 12pt, BOLD, ALL CAPS
Code #: leave blank, positioned at the lower right corner, 1 " from the bottom
