Sir KK's Magical Bio Laboratory Report Questions of Awesomeness

Uhm, Rachelle and Luis went to Sir KK after the practice to ask about the questions. Since he didn't have them, and Luis and Rachelle swore to Sir KK that no one in Muon knows what the questions for the LabRep are, he decided to create new questions just for us. JUST FOR US. \m/ Also, I think he mentioned that the submission was moved to Friday or something. Heh. Minor detail. >:)I think he also said that you can answer any set of questions. I think. Meh.

1. What biomolecules were observed in your sample?
2. Discus how each test detects for the specific biomolecule.
3. Do plants and animals store energy using the same biomolecules? Why or why not? Discuss.

That's all. For now.

XOXO

BIO QUESTIONS (from Tau blog. Thanks, Tau :D)

1. Summarize your results as to what biomolecule are present in the different samples including the food item you brought. Were the results similar to what you expected based on the ingredients of the different materials?
2. Discuss whatever errors committed or difficulties encountered in the tests and the factors that contributed to these.
3. Compare expected and observed results for your food item and milk based on their composition.

Research on some of the tests used in determining the presence of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins. You may want to explain the color changes and reactions observed in the different tests. Do not forget to cite your references within the discussion with accompanying bibliographical entries at the end of your write-up.
