Contact Print Forms and Payments
Deadline for grad pic contact print order forms and payments is during Homeroom time, Monday, October 12. Place the forms and payments in the envelope and return to your class presidents. The prints are yours to keep.
Class presidents and secretaries, you are supposed to list down the orders of your classmates so that you have your own copy and you can check once the prints are delivered.
Submit orders and payments to Ma'am Butaran as soon as collection and listing is done.
For those who have clarifications regarding the order forms, you may ask your class presidents or any batch council officer.
